If smoking outside, guest is required to dispose of any cigarette butts before checking out. Noise: Noise sensor onsite provides a noise score. If sustained noise exceeds a fire truck 50 feet away, we send a written warning. $500 fee on the third time sustained noise exceeds a fire truck 50 feet away. Quiet Hours: After 10pm, all guests do not stay outside in the backyard or in front of our home and music kept to a quiet volume.
