There is a Ring Camera at the front door to monitor safety. Occupancy Limit: No more than 4 guests in our home at any one time due to city occupancy regulation. No Smoking: $1000 fee if guest smokes inside our home or leaves ashes or pieces of tobacco or marijuana inside our home. If smoking outside, guest is required to dispose of any cigarette butts before checking out. Noise: Noise sensor onsite provides a noise score. If sustained noise exceeds a fire truck 50 feet away, we send a written warning. $500 fee on the third time sustained noise exceeds a fire truck 50 feet away. Quiet Hours: After 10pm, all guests do not stay outside in the backyard or in front of our home and music kept to a quiet volume.

I booked this place because I needed to go for a concert at dickies arena which as a couple of minutes in distance, pretty much everything I needed was close by. Very cozy little place perfect for what I needed.

This is a great place to stay, there is a supermarket and many restaurants nearby. Room is clean and feel like home, I will be back if I visit Dallas and Fort Worth area again

This was the perfect spot to stay if you’re going to a TCU football game. The walk is just as close as being on campus, and there are several restaurants and a grocery store very close. It was also nice to have a parking spot when parking is almost impossible to find on home game weekends. The hosts were super quick to respond, and everything looked exactly as it did in the photos. We will for sure be staying here again!!
