No Smoking: $1000 fee if guest smokes inside our home or leaves ashes or pieces of tobacco or marijuana inside our home. If smoking outside, guest is required to dispose of any cigarette butts before checking out. Noise: Noise sensor onsite provides a noise score. If sustained noise exceeds a fire truck 50 feet away, we send a written warning. $500 fee on the third time sustained noise exceeds a fire truck 50 feet away. Quiet Hours: After 10pm, all guests do not stay outside in the backyard or in front of our home and music kept to a quiet volume.

Adrienne and Daniel’s home was beautiful and cozy. We felt right at home which was a big plus since we stayed there for over a week while I recovered from a surgical procedure. Their home is near plenty of shops and restaurants as well. What else could we ask for! Their communication was always prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay again 10/10

Our stay at the Dallas Elegance property was very clean, comfortable and convenient to many activities. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and would rent the property again. Adrienne quickly responded to any questions I had and was always friendly. It was a five star experience for us.
